He thoroughly explains the testing process to our clients taking special care to explain what he is doing step by step. And he is always available for follow up questions. Donna and Lori help out a great deal as well. Fantastic customer service! Whenever I have a question and or concern, they are always there to help. Five stars for sure.

I have had them fix two unusual and difficult problems over the years. Both were done well. All of their guys that I have dealt with (including the boss) are very knowledgeable and friendly. They show up promptly, work hard and do quality work at a fair price. I can highly recommend them.

Bethke/Judd completed an inspection of the plumbing, well and septic on our new property. They were very thorough and very helpful, explaining all the things we'll need to know about being first-time owners of a septic system.

Lost water pressure with in 55 minutes was out here and determined relay switch was bad. These guys were very professional and quick! Especially appreciate that they took off their boots prior to entering the house.

Bethke/Judd installed a new water heater today. Tom was on-time, explained the process and took care to adjust the pipes to make future work easier. He was friendly and left the area clean. Bethke/Judd previously installed a water softener and pressure tank in my house. I've been satisfied with those as well.
